The UCSD Police Department now offers live scan fingerprinting services. Our fee is $20, and we accept payment by cash, check or department recharge. Processing fees for the Department of Justice and the FBI are charged separately.

You must bring a completed "Request For Live Scan Service" form and a
valid picture id with you when you come in to be printed.

Our live scan hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and you
MUST make an appointment.

Please note that we are no longer able to provide ink fingerprinting services. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please contact the Records Division.
